LeadMarmot to lemlist

Load the morning's leads into a lemlist campaign with the opener already written.

What you get

A lemlist campaign that starts every weekday with the companies that raised, launched or started hiring the day before, each with a verified contact path and a first line written from the evidence.

Option 1: the CSV, two minutes

  1. Open the morning email and save the attached CSV.
  2. In lemlist, open your campaign and import leads from a CSV file. Map contact_email to the email field, company and website to their fields, and hook to a custom variable.
  3. Use that custom variable as the first line of your sequence, so every email opens with the fact LeadMarmot found.

Only import rows whose email_type is person or role and whose email_verified is not empty, and skip helpdesk addresses. For the exact import screen, see lemlist's import guide.

Option 2: automatic, through the API

The JSON API returns the same rows as the file. Your key is in every LeadMarmot email.

GET https://leadmarmot.com/api/leads?key=YOUR_KEY latest file
GET https://leadmarmot.com/api/leads?key=YOUR_KEY&need=GEO one need only
GET https://leadmarmot.com/api/leads?key=YOUR_KEY&date=2026-11-02
GET https://leadmarmot.com/api/leads?key=YOUR_KEY&company=hyperbolic.ai

Each lead carries: date, company, website, signal, hook, needs, top need, contact email with type and verification, LinkedIn, contact form, X handle, the evidence behind each need, round, amount, country, sector, what they sell.

A Zapier or Make scenario that runs every weekday morning, calls the URL above, and creates one lead per row in lemlist keeps the campaign filled without opening a file. See the Zapier guide.

Option 3: let the agent write the sequence

The MCP server turns the file into tools your agent can call. Add https://leadmarmot.com/mcp?key=YOUR_KEY as an MCP server in Claude or ChatGPT, then ask for this morning's leads by need, the opener for one company, or a draft in your voice. The sample_leads tool works without a key.

Which leads to send

Every lead lists its needs, strongest first. If you sell GEO, send the ones whose top_need is GEO: their buyer asked ChatGPT a question and got a rival's name, and the hook says so in one sentence. If you sell content, paid or PR, filter on that need instead. One service, one need, one line: that is the whole pitch.

Keep your sending domain clean

Send only to addresses with a value in email_verified, skip helpdesk mailboxes, and keep daily volume where your tool's warm-up plan puts it. Where there is no address, the file still gives you the LinkedIn page, the contact form or the X handle, and the opener works the same way there.
